• Guardianships
    Guardianships are for minors who, under the law, cannot own property and therefore, the court appoints a guardian to manage the funds of the guardianship for the use and benefit of the minor. The guardian has to report annually to the court with a full accounting of all funds that came through their hands and comply with the orders of the court and the goal of the guardianship to manage those funds to the best interest of the child.
